Kato looked at her. "Really?" he asked, his eyes sparkling. He smiled and nodded. "Yeah. It's not like any fairy could go as fast as I could!" he said with a grin.

"That's great, but the guy we're after is ahead. If we stop now, he might be able to finish his plans. Isn't it the heros job to stop the bad guy's plans?" Suuko asked.

I smiled. "Atta' boy kato! Lets go!" I said cheerely. I sprinted up the stairs.

Kato nodded. He was being cradled, so he didn't have to run with them.

Suuko quickened his pace. "The screaming has stopped." He reported.

I shot forward and burst through the door.

Kato jumped on her back, hiding behind her now.

Ryooshi was standing in front of a table with Shouta unconscious on it. He was glowing golden when they came in. He looked up at them and smirked. "You finally join us?" He asked.

Suuko rushed at him. "I shall teach you to abduct and posess a vampire prince!" He said angrily.

Ryooshi held up his hand, hitting Suuko with some kind of energy blast before he was able to get to him. "It'll be too easy to deafeat you now." He said, a wicked grin on his face.

My eyes widened. I recognized that power. "Ultima?"

Ryooshi smirked. "Yes. The true reason I wanted the boy was for his powers. You didn't even know about them, did you?" he asked.

Shouta was still unconscious on the table.

Suuko, who had gotten hit full-force with the blast, had flown backwards and smashed against the wall right outside the door, breaking through the wall to the tower. He was now hanging from the side of the stairs, the tower they were in being just above the clouds.

Kato jumped off of Crystal's back, running over. "I'll help him!" He said.

"I have. I'm an ultima user." I said, raising my palm to point at him. I blasted with pin point accuracy.

Ryooshi smirked. He wasn't going to try to dodge. He raised a golden shield in front of him, but his shield had a purplish tint. He had Ultima, but he had a darker version of it.

Shouta's breathing was getting shallower. He had gotten nearly all of his Ultima stolen, Ryooshi leaving just enough to keep him alive. It was eating away at his life force, however.

I glared and drove a mental probe into his mind to cause pain. "LET GO OF MY FRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!" Is all he could hear in his head.

He concentrated, trying to get it out. He sent a message to her, but it wasn't yelling. "I already stole his power. He's free to go. If you don't stop what you're doing to me right now, however, I cannot guarantee you're friend's safety." He told her, lifting his hand up, his palm facing Kato and Suuko. It was starting to glow.

Suuko had gotten his arms up onto the stairs, Kato still trying to help. Neither of them had any idea what Ryooshi was doing.

The probe faded and she looked up, her eyes wide. "No..."

He sighed, realizing it was gone. He put his hand down. "Thank you." He said.

Kato looked up, accidentally moving back a little and knocking Suuko back to where he was just barely hanging on. He walked over to Crystal. "What's going on? What did I miss?" He asked. He had finally realized he wasn't strong enough to pull Suuko up on his own.

Suuko grunted in annoyment. "Hey!" He shouted. He was too young to fly, so he couldn't really get up that quickly, and Kato had pushed him back down, so it would take him a little longer.

Still facing Ryooshi, I pointed my palm at Suuko and lifted him with magic, setting him on his feet. "Give him back."

He smirked. "The boy is no further use to me." He said. He looked at Shouta. "You may have him back if you wish." He said. He looked back at her. "My plans are incomplete, however. They involve complete dominance over this world. And to ensure you do not follow me to stop me..." He said, shifting his gaze to Kato. "I'm taking him with me." He said. He held his hand up, using his Ultima to force Kato to fly into his arms. Kato was struggling, grunting, trapped in a bear-hug by Ryooshi. Ryooshi smirked. "The fairy boy will remain unharmed if you do not follow." He said, using his power to teleport away.

Suuko ran up, looking at her. "Thank you for rescuing me." he said. He sighed. "Although it seems as if I'm too late in coming to help." he said apologetically.
