personality: deadly, pretty much cold hearted, pretty evil but he goes on sides, scary a lot, listens what people say to get into bussiness, get's enjoyed easy on certain things.
background: Rei has been ceptured so manny times for a whole lot of crimes. He always escapes what was supost to be the end for him. Usually he shoots anyone to get his prey more easy. All that toture comes back to him though. He seems to be very used to it though. He's not all bad in ways.
powers/specail abbilitys: is very good with a gun. He can aim really well and fire at the right time. He has abbilitys just like any vampires abbilitys. He can also go in the shadows unseen in them.
