height: (otoshigo... oh jeez... *gets a very long messering tape* damn long part.) ashika 0,7 (not counting tail)
weight: (im sure you all know what I would say to this...)
personality: otoshigo is pretty nice, pretty shy when he sees someone from land at any race, careful, carring, protecting, cereus. ashika is a sweet bird. she follows anyone she trusts, helps otoshigo, is loyal.
background: otoshigo has been capterd by sientists in the water a few times. They did not do too manny harmful expireants to him though. sientists were not the only ones who caught him.... He gets free by the help of ashika that he ment from the first time he was taken away. otoshigo always seems to startle fishermen, but not on perpose. Sometimes he even gets caught on the fishingline... boats seem to flip over because of that. Of course when they are passed out otoshigo puts them on land then swims away never going back. He is around ashika alot when he sees her flames up above the water. He can understand her also.
powers/specail abbiltys: otoshigo can speak a lot of lauges, he is a master at water attacks and ice. When he is around ashika he can be in the air with her because of her magic... but only for a limented time. otoshigo seems to like ashika's feathers so he wears some of her's. ashika is a specail kind of phinox and of course has powers like all phinox's.
