Personality: likes to tease, can be perverted a lot of times, cocky, sometimes he helps, flirty, jokes around a bit or a lot, can be friendly... but sometimes too friendly in a way to women.
Background: Ketsua is one of the vampire lords. He likes to peek at women usually. He is not so evil of a guy, but he might bite you. He has his own castle around a graveyard. He seems to like the halloween colors, and of course that is when he can find a lot of victims at that night and do manny of his tricks. He likes to tease people that are afraid of his kind. He'll do anything to freak them out like snapping his teeth at them, making his mouth close to their neck, act like he is really evil and frightening, and just anything. He also thinks he is very attactive.
powers/abilities : teleportation, makes illusions, summon dark spirits or more vampires, can make it dark, uses dark and fire elements, hypnotize people if it works, can turn people into a vampire (duh), turns into a bat, and maybe he can do more things.
